proposal calling for 14/16 homes on the parcel.

The Save La Cresta Ridge and Ravine Coalition came together in 2004 to affirm the vital importance of this precious scenic and ecological resource. The Coalition initiated negotiations with CWS in 2006 exploring the possibility of purchasing the property. Our goal is to preserve it as open space for the use and enjoyment of all Petaluma's residents today, and for generations to come. Ultimately the La Cresta Ridge and Ravine will be part of the city of Petaluma passive open space park lands.
